Thanks Dawn! >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 04/19/04 12:01PM >>> Hello Karen, Here in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, our banking partner does pull our credit reports for us. If the applicant is denied, they actually receive two denial letters. One from the bank and one from us. In our letter, we send a "request for a credit report" form with the letter so the applicant can request a free credit report for themselves. Anytime someone has been denied credit, they are entitled to a free report for up to 60 days past the date of denial. Even though we send a denial letter, the bank (under their own rules and guidelines) is still also required to send their own. Dawn Washington
