We are very proud to announce the 12th edition of our mixed indoor tournament that offers you the best way to spend the longest night of the year: The Schreeuw van de Meeuw on the 24th and 25th of October 2015! As always, we will play at the Radboud Sports Centre in Nijmegen (The Netherlands), which has fabulous halls to play in (no exaggeration here). Besides that, we will arrange dinner and breakfast and of course an awesome party on Saturday night. This party is extremely close to the sports halls and even more amazing because we have arranged for the night to last one hour longer... ;-) So this is what’s going on: *What?* A mixed indoor tournament *When?* 24th and 25th of October 2015 *Where?* Radboud Sports Centre, Nijmegen, The Netherlands *Stay?* In a sports hall *Costs?* €100,- team fee, €25,- player’s fee Registration is now opened! Charlotte, Malte, Margreeth and Leanne BFrisBee2's, Nijmegen **Tournament information** *Format* The tournament is COED, which means you have at least 2 or 3 ladies on the line, decided by the offense. *Venue* Radboud Sports Centre Heyendaalseweg 141 6525 AJ Nijmegen Telefoon: (024) 361 23 92 http://www.ru.nl/bfrisbee2s/ *Accommodation* Included in the player’s fee is the accommodation from Saturday morning till Sunday afternoon in the sports centre. Please bring your own mattress and sleeping bag. If you decide not to stay at the sports centre, you will have to do the booking yourselves. The same applies for a sleeping place on Friday night. There are some hostels and bed&breakfasts at and near Nijmegen. *Dinner* Dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are included in the player’s fee. There is a cafeteria in the sports centre where you can get soft drinks, fruits, sandwiches and other snacks. *Party* On Saturday evening there will be a party close to the sports centre where you are staying (Cultuur Café)! Beer, wine, soft drinks etc. will be sold at very reasonable prices. Of course there will also be a beer race and a cool theme. *Registration* Please register your team by filling in this form <https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1HsjYoUkNYXe00uMVRN4ysaItvIsHXXTKcrfdKFiEbyU/edit> . We have only 16 spots available of which 6 are reserved for teams from abroad. Apart from that: first come, first serve! We will select the teams, hopefully by the beginning of August. After that, payments need to be made as soon as possible. Deadline for registration is September 30. *Fees and payment* The team fee is € 100,- and the player's fee is € 25,-. When your team is selected, we ask you to make a down payment of € 225,-. This amount is the sum of the team fee and the player’s fees for 5 players. Payment of the player’s fees for the remaining players can be made at a later date. Payed fees will only be returned if you back out before September 30. After that, only a part of the player’s fees can be returned. *General information* There is an ATM available on campus, on the road between the sports centre and the party.
