Betreff: EYUC kick off in 8 days - unique chance for U17 open player to still
get in!
Dear Ultimate Europe,
next tuesday evening, July 19th, has the opening match at EYUC in Ghent. The
hosts, and vice champion in U17 open (now: men), Belgium, will take on their
neighbors from France.Both teams played very successfully in 2015, and are
contenders for the title.
We have 11 teams in the open division and a wonderful tournout of 8 teams in
the U17 women (formerly: girls) division, which we are extremely happy with.
The tournament takes place in the Blaarmeersen park, same pitches as the G-Spot
tournament. We are certain the TOC will deliver a great Event.This is the first
time we hold the U17 divisions separate from the U20 divisions, which play at
WJUC in Wroclaw starting July 31st.

Now we had a last minute emergency call from the Czech Rebublic: due to some
injuries, the already small squad now has too few players to compete. But the
boys are highly motivated and skilled, a cancellation would have only
disadvantages. So they will participate with the help of some other players,
and will have "tyroTeam" status, i.e. can not play for medals.
There still is room for 2-3 more players. This may be the chance for anyone
willing to take this last minute trip, and become part of the CZE national team
for a week. Good play and good fun guaranteed!
The criteria:- play ultimate on a decent level, apt for a championship-
willingness to fit into the team, and communicate in english- be free to arrive
in Ghent on July 18th, latest tuesday noon- be able to commit by wednesday
evening, july 13th
If you know a player who meets the criteria, please do get in touch with him
and us immediately. This is a great chance for anyone who would otherwise have
to miss out on this great experience.
