Dear Ultimate Lovers, Time flies by and we already approch the indoor season! Surely, the best way to start the indoor season is at our annual tournament. We are very proud to announce the 15th edition of our loose mixed indoor tournament:
The *Schreeuw van de Meeuw* on the *27th and 28th of October 2018*! As always, we will play at the Radboud Sports Centre in Nijmegen (The Netherlands), which has fabulous halls to play in, which are also perfect to sleep in (for 1 night). Besides that, we will arrange dinner and breakfast and of course an awesome party on Saturday night. This party is extremely close to the sports halls and even more amazing because we have arranged for the night to last one hour longer... ;-) So this is what’s going on: What? SvdM Commission 2018 BFrisBee2's, Nijmegen ***Tournament information*** *Format* The tournament is *1-2 loose mixed*, which means offense decides whether 1 or 2 women have to be matched on the line. *Venue* Radboud Sports Centre Heyendaalseweg 141 6525 AJ Nijmegen Telefoon: (024) 361 23 92 www.frisbeenijmegen.nl <http://bfrisbee2s.ruhosting.nl/> *Accommodation* Included in the player’s fee is the accommodation from *Saturday morning till Sunday afternoon* in the sports centre. *Please bring your own mattress and sleeping bag*. If you decide not to stay at the sports centre, you will have to do the booking yourselves. The same applies for a sleeping place on Friday night. There are several hostels and bed&breakfasts in and near Nijmegen. *Dinner* Dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are included in the player’s fee. There is a cafeteria in the sports centre where you can get soft drinks, fruits, sandwiches and other snacks. *Party* On Saturday evening there will be a party close to the sports centre where you are staying (Cultuur Café)! Beer, wine, soft drinks etc. will be sold at very reasonable prices. Of course there will also be a beer race and a cool theme. *Registration* Please register your team by filling in the google form. We have only 16 spots available of which 6 are reserved for teams from abroad. We will select the teams and after that, payments need to be made as soon as possible. Deadline for registration is 15th September 2018. *Fees and payment* The team fee is € 120,- and the player's fee is € 25,-. When your team is selected, we ask you to make a down payment of € 245,-. This amount is the sum of the team fee and the player’s fees for 5 players. Payment of the player’s fees for the remaining players can be made at a later date. Payed fees will only be returned if you back out before 30th September 2018. After that, only a part of the player’s fees can be returned. *General information* There is an ATM available on campus, on the road between the sports centre and the party location.
