das Projekt "Empowering women in Ultimate Frisbee" ermöglicht es bis zu 8 weiteren Teams an unseren nächsten Bausteinen zur nachhaltigen Teamentwicklung teilzunehmen.
Falls euer Team noch ein wenig Inspiration benötigt, wie die Wintersaison zu einem Erfolg werden kann, meldet euch noch schnell bei uns an.
Alles was es braucht sind 2-5 motivierte Spielerinnen aus eurem Team, die sich die nächsten 6-8 Wochen diesem Thema widmen wollen.

Dear Ultimate Community,
The Irish-German Erasmus+ project "Empowering women in Ultimate Frisbee" is opening its gates again, so your team too can grow and develop.
For each of the following building blocks, we open 6+2 spots (6 for GER/IRL plus 2 from EU) to join the project for a specific topic.
If your team wants to improve in providing year-round women spaces in your club, then you should definitely register for the workshop next Monday (Nov 14th 19-20.30 (MEZ)).
Being a project team comes with some benefits and some responsibilities. You receive support through us and other teams, connect to other women clubs, develop your team and acquire new methods to improve your programme. At the same time, you are responsible to a) join the workshop, b) set up a small project group in your team, c) design and apply at least one activity or implement one change following the 2 months after the workshop, d) have a 45 min reflection meeting with your small project group at the end of this phase, e) regularly update us and provide photos, videos and statements for our social media.
If you engage in all these activities, you will be considered as an affiliated team. Affiliated teams will be considered first for future activities and benefits.
Following building blocks starting in January, February and March will be announced about a month earlier. Teams can participate in more than one building block at one time if they have the capacities to do so.
