Our Basic Idea is to build a tournament which everyone will be able to attend. Not only that, but we will have a wide range of services that, in terms of both quality and quantity, will be at a level that no other tournament at this level has ever provided! The details of exactly what we will be able to offer will be available soon, but we're working on it, and believe us: the package already looks good, very good! We will have a completely new pricing policy, designed to give extra incentives tonational federations to bring more than one team (still ironing the details, but the idea is that we want teams and player to attend Florence 2010 and the once-in-life experience that it will be!) This because we want to increase the level of competition, with three full divisions,and enhance the prestige of the event. As it’s the first time the WU23 event isbeing held, we feel it’s important to do it right, and make the most of theopportunity provided at the launch of this specific event, focusing on effortsto develop the sport in this age division. In other words, we want to “get itright first time”, and thereby set a standard for an important event that willencourage the growth of Ultimate not only at this specific age level, but alsoin overall terms (of course). We feel that thispolicy will transform the event into a HUGE event, and, more important, into asuccess! We want players to attend the tournament, wewant to host as many teams as possible, we want to give them the most, and we want to do all this for a rock-bottom price!
