As you can see from the mailing list, it's already a big event! ;-) First thing: please let us know if any other members of your Federation need to be included in the loop for this information (for example, individual team captains and organizers). We don't want anyone to miss the important information that we will be giving out from now on. Update: please note that all the organizational deadlines have been put back (postponed) by "AT LEAST" two weeks, we will more precise on that within a couple of days. Various federations are still getting organized, and the time is needed to help everyone prepare for the event in the best way possible. Also, as promised, we will have final details very soon of all costs and logistics (just a few days more and we'll have done all the sums). We're working right now (even as we speak) on living up to our promise to keep the costs down as much as possible! That's all for now. Looking forward very much to seeing you all here in July!
