There are basically two ways to get to Coopers. Either up dug hill and
through Ice's Ferry (old bridge) then up Quarry Run Rd. (old road next
to 68), or through Pt Marion take a right after the Cheat and along
the dam road, up the dam hill, along the dam trail, then follow Morgan
Run Rd., take a left before the cemetery, right on 857, left up
Darnell Hollow Rd. and like Steve said ride through Chestnut Ridge
Regional Park then right on Sand Springs Rd. The Ice's Ferry route
takes a little over an hour to get to Coops, the dam route takes about
2 hours. I like the dam route cause its railtrail or back roads the
whole way. There used to be some trails between Quarry Run Rd. and
I-68, but these are slowly being eaten by development. There usually
arn't to many hunters at Cooper's at least you don't see them. Happy
trails...
