President - makes sure everything happens, steps in when necessary.

Secretary/Treasurer - keep up the money side of things, team roster, random
paperwork, handles jersey sales, handles team inventory

Sponsorship - maintains relationships with sponsors, organizes team orders,
acquires new sponsorships

MTB Coordinator - organizes MTB season home race

Road Coordinator - 2 people, organizes road home race

Webmaster - handle the webpage. Keeping jersey inventory up to date, members
page, index page

Webmaster - Does anyone know HTML?  -theres a lot of things I'd like to do
in PHP.like a list of ride maps.

 

None of the tasks, are all that hard, or even time consuming, except
coordinators on the week prior to the races, IF people do their work ahead
of time. These positions don't limit the people to being the only ones that
work on it, just makes them in charge of seeing that the work gets done. It
is expected that everyone contributes, but it's up to the officers to try
and delegate the tasks.
