As I have always done, I post the meeting minutes after each meeting detailing what we discussed.
IF you ARE DEFINITELY attending the race this weekend but cannot come to the meeting, please send an email to wvucycling[at]gmail.com telling me the absolute earliest you can leave on Friday; if you have a car and can drive, then tell me how many bikes and how many passengers you can take. If you are NOT SURE if you can come to the weekend, then you may have to see if there are any extra spots in vehicles after planning is done. But we dislike those who say they are going and then bail; it completely throws off our planning and can make many people on the team very irritable. Especially when we have to take extra unnecessary vehicles and end up leaving late because we have to reconfigure driving arrangements. If you want to know more info about the races this weekend, I posted the VT flyer in a forwarded message to the forum sometime last week.
