i was talking more about the fitness and race results of the ppl who
played last year but yes, two acl tears are not a good thing either.
how many of us tore acl's riding a ummmm...hmmm, what's the thing we
do again?  oh yeah, Bicycle.  Yeah that's right, if you want to be
fast on a bike you should ride a bike (I know, shocker right?)
