Thank you to all of those who are volunteering to help. It looks like someone should be able to be there the whole time.
Brian and Marco, since you're the ones getting there at 11, could either of you make sure there's some sort of sign or obvious indicator? Get there slightly earlier if at all possible. Make sure you get folks to sign up for our google group or send them to our website... You can also have a sign-up sheet and you can have them put their emails down and if you give it to me, I can send them invites to the group. You probably know the drill. And someone be sure to let me know how it went! Please remember to tell them about our meeting on Jan 24 at 8pm in the Bluestone Room. Thank you, Emily
