[WVU Cycling] Morgantown Bike Board

Chet Parsons, who sits on the bike board, told me Zerbe was stepping
down soon. I'm assuming the Zerb would confirm this. He suggested I
take the spot, because we've talked about cycling issues in morgantown
several times. I'd be willing to step in, unless someone else is
strongly gunning for it. Anyway, what does the team think?
