If you want to disolve a team quickly then allow this kind of complaining to continue. We all joined this team with an interest in cycling be it downhill, mountain, road and etc. With that being said, lets focus on the development of the collegiate club as a whole.

I will be the first to say this, Ryan your time with the team is over. I know you mean well but it is time to move on.

As far as the collegiate team is concerned, it is time to focus on the developmenet and the  continuation of the reputation of the team.

Do not repeat the mistake that I have seen other teams/clubs fall into.

Hey guys, try to make sure your schedules are open Wed. so we can have
a brief officer's meeting after the meeting.  The itinerary should be
short unless Todd has a bunch of race info to share with us (no, todd
you don't have to talk about the race but if you have something this
could be a good way to kill two birds with one stone.)  Thanks to
Snoop Dogg, Mikaela's attitude will not be an item needing direct
officer attention this week, simply mentioning it at the meeting
SHOULD suffice.

Love,
Duncan
