In preparation for our road race this weekend there are a few things that need to be taken care of so..... here is a list of times and days that
- Thursday: anyone who is available to go do course prep should be at the bike house by 3:20. If you think you can go, show up and if there are enough people already then someone will send you back home. - Friday: Meeting again at the bike house. Be there by 1:20. I have to be back by no later than 6 (absolute latest) if that helps your planning any. Depending on what gets done Thursday, this crew may not go. I will post if we cancel this trip. - Saturday: This is the day of the crit. Please, be at JACKSON SQUARE in Clarksburg no later than 7:30 AM. We will have setting up to do. A lot of times people end up standing around for a while but once we start placing marshals, things will get going quickly and we need all hands on deck. Plan on being there all day ( if you cant because of work or something similar, I completely understand but please make every effort) until about 7 PM. - Sunday: Be at WATTERS SMITH STATE PARK by 7 AM. again, I know it is early but it is necessary. We will again be arranging marshals, lead cars, wheels cars, etc. at this time so it is crucial to be there and ready to work.
