Hello everyone, I wanted to drop a final reminder that XTERRA is coming to the Morgantown area with the new XTERRA Big Bear! The race will take place at Big Bear Lake Camplands this Sunday starting at 8:30AM. We will not be holding raceday registration so your final opportunity to sign-up will be on-line by Friday noon, or Saturday from 5PM-7:30PM at the race venue.
The course for the triathlon will include a .75-mile open water swim, 14.8-mile mountain bike, and 6.5-mile trail run. There will also be a duathlon option which replaces the swim with an opening 2-mile trail run. We will be awarding some beautiful hand crafted pottery awards to top athletes and also giving away an XTERRA wetsuit, some running shoes, and gift cards for other cool XTERRA stuff! There will be tons of GU Energy Gel, Gatorade, and post-race food including pizza from Little Caesars. Mmmmmmmmm.
