All those traveling to VT this weekend,
First off, what a great crowd! I cant believe how many people we have going this weekend and am personally very excited to have such a large group going down. There are a few preparation items that need to be taken care of in order to facilitate us leaving by a reasonable time on Friday. First off, please drop your gear off at the bike house either this evening or tomorrow by 2 PM. Having everything there will allow us to get things packed ahead of time so that when 4 PM rolls around, we can roll out. If you need a ride to the bike house, for whatever reason, please post below you name, number, and that you need a ride and Sequoya will call you and get you to the bike house with your stuff tonight. Second, please bring any blankets that you may have for packing. With the bikes being stuffed into a trailer and tossed into the back of a truck, we want to protect them from getting scratched and/or broken. Finally, We will be trying to leave as close to 4 PM as possible so please be at the bike house no later than 4PM. If this is a problem or creates a scheduling conflict for you, please post a reply to this thread ASAP so that we can make arrangements and adjust the departure time. Well, I hope I hit everything and if not, feel free to post below. This weekend is going to be a blast as long as everyone does their part, stays calm, and sticks to the schedule.
