1. Saturday, October 22, 2011- Kids Bike Rodeo
~9:30am-12:00pm Staff parking lot of Rec Center
~We are expected to show up in team apparel with bicycles and
help instruct the kids on bicycle safety.
~Bring medals and/or pictures the kids can look at
~This is a good chance to get in those team service hours you
are expected to have and its easy.
2. Team Debt
~Due by Thanksgiving Break
~Amount can be found under the members section of the team
website
~If you need logon information, send an email to the team
account
3. Sponsor Orders
~Also due by Thanksgiving break
~Your debt must be paid before you will be allowed to order
~Order must be paid for up front
~Information for orders is also under the members section
4. We will be having an Adopt-A-Highway day soon so keep checking for
posts
5. If you have ideas for team fundraisers, mention it to the officers.
We would really like to find a way to raise some money
6. If you know any WVU Cycling alumni, please start requesting their
email address and email address of other alumni they might know
