[WVU Cycling] Spin+ tonight

Hey there is a Spin+ class tonight at 5:30, at the rec of course.  My
friend is team teaching it and it would be nice to have the attendance
up and I'm sure she would like to know how she did or how she could
improve.  Thanks to anyone that shows up.
