Everyone, No one has put their names and times on the spreadsheet in the service hours section for when they will be helping with the raffle tent. If we dont have people show up then it just wont happen. Please put your name in there sometime today so we can figure out who will be there and so we can also try and fill any gaps. Tuesday and Wednesday setup and Wednesday take down are handled but we may still need someone to tear down on Tuesday. I can loan a car but I have a Dr.'s appt. so I cant personally be there to tear down. Just put your names in there so we can see whats up.
