We will be moving the meeting back 30minutes to 830 for this week. We will be in the Black water room again. This is so that the team can make an appearance at the men's soccer game for the sports club night. Please head out to the game in a wvu cycling sweatshirt/jacket/ or jersey. Do NOT wear a cross shirt. I know that the game won't be over by 830 but we have some very important information to go over for the home race which is coming up very fast and alot needs done.
We will he getting the condo again this year and the team will be paying for half or little more like we did last year. It is looking like we will be sharing the house with NCSU again this year. We will also be hosting the conference dinner on sat night. Everyone will need to help out to make sure this goes well. If you do not make the meeting after the game make sure to check your emails on Thursday for any information that you will need.
