Practice practice practice, that how you get better!
this is a good opportunity to practice, know some people, and watch how the other do.

Gunnar is going to have another clinic on Friday same time, same topic.
Really It's a good opportunity also if you're not racing but just try, especially for the value :)
it's not easy to find CX clinic for free taught by ex-pro cx racer

All- tomorrow, I plan on going out to Marilla, and bringing the pvc barriers
for the usual VERY informal** cx practice. Let's say 5:30, and see how that
works. Please don't run over any small children playing in the park. Basically,
you can practice turning, practice your dismounts at speed and close to a
barrier that will crumple before your fork does, (unlike the real barriers in a
race!) and most importantly, you won't be alone in looking like an idiot riding
around in circles in the grass. (don't mind the strange looks from the family
having a McDonalds or KFC 'picnic')

**I'm happy to offer any help/suggestion that I can, but for better instruction
from someone more knowledgable about cyclocross, you should really plan on
attending Gunnar's clinics. They're FREE, and I guarantee you'll learn
something, even if you already know everything.
