No.  Not for regular Solaris or for OpenSolaris.  There isn't a big  
market of commercial applications supporting OpenSolaris currently,  
and phones are probably the most lacking area, including Bluetooth and  
Java.  Your best option is to switch to native 3G equipment, instead  
of tethered if financially able to.  Only USB-serial operated devices  
will work right now.  ExpressCard 3G adapters operate over USB for  
your information.  Again, sorry, there's no workaround, no options  
either open-source or commercially unless you can switch to a native  
device.
