HE SAID WHAT? No one is more responsible for the unprovoked U.S. onslaught against Iraq than Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz. He recently made a well-publicized, high-security visit to that country. Wolfowitz said at a news conference in Mosul, Iraq, a city soon to become the scene of a massive U.S. attack on the home of a cousin of Saddam Hussein: "I think all foreigners should stop interfering in the internal affairs of Iraq. Those who want to come and help are welcome. Those who come to interfere and destroy are not."
