PROTEST PHONY 'TRANSFER OF AUTHORITY' In the week leading up to June 30, protesters around the world denounced the so-called transfer of authority in Iraq as nothing but a charade. One such demonstration, shown here, was held outside Madison Square Garden in New York, where the Republican National Convention will take place at the end of August.
