before 4pm Pacific time (2300Z) so that Chris can cite
it from the agenda.
Deal with what feedback you can by then, and if there's
feedback you have seen that you know you would like to
deal with but can't by then, leave some sort of TODO
marker in the draft. We can publish it with TODOs.

I've been working on organizing the feedback. Early next week I'll
start addressing some of the top most controversial principles. It
reassures me that most had overwhelmingly positive feedback in the
survey, but I still think a few of them need addressing.
