All the contributors have agreed to the MIT license, and the MIT license
is sufficient for all the potential contributors, as far as I know.
Yeah, I'm fairly sure it is too. Maybe all we need to do is just make
sure any new contributors are aware of these conditions, and that could
be covered by writing up some test case contribution and authoring
guidelines, that covers the licensing issue and other test suite/test
case authoring guildines. Those of us currently on
public-html-testsuite (and anyone else who wants to join) should be able
to sort that out.
