ummm http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc says that 1300 UCT is 0900 my time (Rochester NY is the same TZ as NYC) other than next week (29 April) I *can* make that work for me... most of the time I know how hard it is to fix a mtg time for that big a group of ppl -- "First they came for the verbs, and I said nothing because verbing weirds language.
