of the group. But consensus really means addressing objections,
and looking for a title that would be jointly acceptable to
Maciej and Roy  (since Ian seem flexible on the issue) seems like
it is would be a good step toward resolving this issue.

Engaging in that conversation would require  Maciej to
agree that discussions on the document title were in scope.

How about just making the title "HTML 5", as long ago agreed by the group? Then we won't need to spend time arguing about the subtitle.
