Missing flat DTD of XHTML Print 1.0

I found a flat DTD version of XHTML Basic 1.1 at
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/DTD/xhtml-basic11-f.dtd , but I could not find
a flat DTD version of XHTML Print 1.0 .

Where can I find one? Should not it be at http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/DTD ?
