Hi Angel.

I'm just throwing forward some ideas you might consider:

1. Regarding the lack of shutdown on the server. A server are usually set
up to run 24/7. That's the default. I guess you need to change a setting in
bios to change that, allowing shutdown, also turn on WakeUpLan if it's not
enabled.

2. If the above works, you're challenge will be to start the server when a
FatClient (or any other), requesting services or file access over the
network to the server.

Then you need to check if server wakeup are enabled through the right
network-card. I've added some more links on this, where there might be more
