Thanks Eric,

I hope this could serve as discussion material. I've discussed this with
@ilv and he would be there at Berlin to bring this up. I've also updated
the proposal [1] so now has a working example of how a sample
collaborative workflow could be distributed in several repositories:

* tor-website-main [2] for the admin to manage the site structure
* tor-website-articles [3] for collaborators to write stuff (this repo
contains only *.md files)
* tor-website-layouts [4] for designers to work on HTML templates
* tor-website-html [5] a static HTML build of tor-website-main

And finally, a live preview at [6].
