A pin has to belong to an object ??

how to use a2dCommand_NewPin::Do() what's its purpose
So if i don't have to use it I have have to make something like
making an Hit test => find the object and create the pin ?
and then call
GetCanvasCommandProcessor()->Submit( new a2dCommand_AddObject(
pin->GetParent(), pin ), true );

In fact I want to create components which have input pin and output
pin than save each one as a doc and then load them to build a scheme
where components are linked with wires
