Normally when a rect is defined for the tip window, this is called. void wxTipWindowView::OnMouseMove(wxMouseEvent& event)
And there the tip window is closed, if the mouse is not inside the rectangle. In release mode it does not arrive there it seems. I found that as long as a tipwindow is visible, its parent frame/window does not receive mouse events. Meaning that the a2dCanvasObject does not receive events, and can not close the tipwindow. This is really weird.
