This is surely a simple question, but I've spent quite a bit of time and haven't found the solution. I want to run doxygen to build the html docs. Where do I define wxart2d_SOURCE_DIR so that the @wxart2d_SOURCE_DIR@ substitution in doxygen.in works correctly?
