This changes very much the things: in fact, I think that you won't be using wxCode repository at all (there are no reasons to do it if you already have the components hosted in another place) and thus I'd suggest you to rather submit your libraries for indexing in wxcommunity: http://www.wxcommunity.com wxCode provides hosting but not indexing of components hosted elsewhere...
