Well, since we're only doing a release candidate, I'd rather just get
something usable up on the sourceforge page soonish (like within the
next couple of days).  We could try to use Shramov's stuff for the real
deal, or for rc2 (if there needs to be an rc2)

(By the way, you have the ability to upload files to a release if you
want)

Once we have a Linux binary up, it would probably be good to make an
rc1 announcement to wxhaskell-users and maybe haskell-cafe.

When we release the real deal, I would guess haskell-cafe, haskell,
wxWidgets users and devel (?), wxc, and of course wxhaskell.
