I also prefer 2.8 support. Since both options require developers effort to be
usable (0.9.4 have
some annoying bugs), I prefer to get the bigger set of features of wxWidgets
2.8. Usually I don't
use GHCi, and having written only 1 program for wxHaskell, I don't have any
need to stick to the
present API.
Maybe requiring 2.4 for wxHaskell can be a problem for people with 2.8 too
installed (required by
other programs)?
