Hi all

Maybe it is time we make a new release?

Not just for the sake of Gentoo, but also as WxHaskell has compiled fine
with GHC 6.8 for some time and as it has Unicode support + a lot of
other changes. And the current Darcs version do not seem any less stable
than 0.9.4-1.
