With the kind help of several people on haskell-cafe, I have been able to get a 
version of wxHaskell to install.  I appear to be missing "macosx-app".  It is 
not in /usr/local/wxhaskell/bin/macosx-app or ~/.cabal/bin.  I have tried the 
EnableGUI module, but get the error:
