Opps, sorry. I added all the defines __WIN32__, __WXGTK__, and what
not. Unfortunately some of them are
#define __WXGTK__ 1
but I think your problem is that others are only
#define __WIN32__  // no value

I'll see what I can do to fix it ASAP. In the meantime you can rem out
those lines in wx_define.cpp, but don't commit it since I'll try to
fix it properly.
