Otherwise it *will* cause conflicts.

The lua library installed won't create any conflict since it's named something like:
libwxlua_gtk2_lua-2.6.a

maybe we should adopt a custom name also for the lua exec ?
Maybe wxlua-lua ?

You might want to do the same thing for the include dir, too... ?
