Yes.

We still have the FL code, but it's not compiled in or updated since
nobody uses it. You're right about the FL being a little crufty.
The other docking libs sound nice, but I haven't tried either of them.
If someone wanted to write bindings for them we could add it, but I
won't do this myself since I'd rather not bother with something that I
don't use and don't want to have to maintain.
