Great can you show me the changes? I am having so many problems that I just
posted the output that I saw.
Maybe, I don't use wxLua as a module, but I can't see any reason why

I would agree, but it appears that is makes a difference. Can you test this.
Please.
What Linux do you use?
I use Ubuntu. I am using wxWidgets from the wxWidgets apt repository. I am
not building it from source. I don't want to have to do that if it is
already available. ;) I get the wxLua source from cvs and then run my own
makefile to build a monolithic wxLua Lua module. I used the help of Hakkı
Doğusan and used his project files to build wxLua as a Lua module. I am not
sure if this is my issue.
So there are a few variables in this problem. So I wanted to build wxLua the
official way. This way I can prove that my build of the wxLua module is to
blame. Well I can't get wxLua to build the way that is documented on the
website. So do you have any thoughts. Can you help if I give you makefiles?
I know I am asking a lot, so thanks in advance.
I know that I am having problems and I really want this stuff to work. I
must use wxLua as a Lua module and not use wxLua the other way. Please bare
with me and I will not be such a burden on the list.
