Yes, I can simply override it and return two values, [bool success,
integer position of error],  but the position will only be valid for
non-unicode strings. I guess that's better than nothing. I'll look
into it tonight.

ps. Yes the console is a work in progress. I will eventually add it to
the bindings so that from within a wxLua program you can show it.
