No. It doesn't. Again, that's the dotReader tarball. If you type
`cpan MultiTask::Manager` on windows it won't be any fun at all.

That is an interesting error though. I've not seen it in actual usage
on strawberry perl (though maybe I haven't run the tests on windows.)
