Are you shipping a script to a user with an installed perl? If they've
gotten that far, why not just associate the wrapper gui with the .pl
extension? Or, include a .bat file?

If the user has perl and Wx installed, it seems like they would have
overcome the fear of a dos box by then.

Of course, if you want to wrap it in an exe with e.g. PAR, you can stick
your script in the archive as foo.pl and the main .pl in the PAR would
be the launcher.
