EVT_AUINOTEBOOK_BUTTON, EVT_AUI_PANE_BUTTON,

I am trying to catch clicks on the title of the individual Notebook panes.

I have tried to add the above two event handlers in various ways to Padre but
I could not get either of them to fire.

What did I miss?
