It would indeed be nice if those in the know could just Data::Dump their
collective knowledge into a nice set of docs, but those in the know do
tend to be very busy people :-)
Docs never seem to be good enough in open source, but people still
manage to get on board and contribute - point being I think anyone could
help write up some new docs with enough time and effort, and they'd
learn an awful lot in the process!
In my opinion, WxPerl is the best perl module for creating GUIS
I've never experimented with Tk or any of the other available options
but wxWidgets is a pretty awesome toolkit so you probably aren't wrong
there.
even though Perl is not a very good choice for creating GUIS.
People always rave about wxPython. What's lacking in Perl's wx
implementation?
