Hi Steve,

I've just found this list. I have been using the wonderful wxPerl
experimentally since the beginning of the year using wxGlade to get me
started.
But I've had to use the C++ community to support my work. So I have the
C++ book, the C++ 2.8.10 documentation, I'm a member of the C++ support
community, most of whom seem to know Perl as well.
However all the wxPerl links I've followed have not been as active as,
as say the C++ groups. So my question is how actively are you using
wxPerl? Will you continue to use it, or should I think about switching
to C++? Here are the wxPerl-specific links I've been using:

Apart from what Eric said, my next most useful source of wxPerl
information has been IRC. The #wxperl channel on irc.perl.org is a bit
under-frequented, but right next to it, in #padre, there's usually a lot
of activity and people (excluding me) are friendly and welcoming. Of
course, that's not a general Wx help channel, but Padre is a large
application written with wxPerl, so that's as good a place to steal from
as any.
